Dara's level and quality of service never wavered doing the entire time. Whenever we needed her, she was there. Answering any questions that we had, no matter how small. She was always prompt, professional, and poised. She frequently and regularly followed up with the builder and construction manager for status updates. She also checked in on us from time to time to encourage us and to address any questions or concerns we might've had.

Dara did a market analysis of my previous property and met with me to share her strategy of selling my home before listing it. With her professional photos and marketing of my home it was only listed for two days with Dara before going under contract. We closed less than 30 days later on my previous property.
